Nice one room in 2b/2b apartment will be available from Mid May xxxx to Mid August (You can renew the lease if you like to live there).
It's located in Lexington Apartment, just 3 minutes' walk to HEB. There are school buses of 26 and 27 in front of the apartment (around 10 minutes' to school by bus) or you can walk to main campus.
The room has its own bathroom, and the monthly rent is $250 for June, July xxxx (The original monthly rent is $307.5 per room, and I will pay $57.5/month for you during these two months), which includes internet and water, and you only have to pay electricity.
The utility is split between two persons (about $25-$40 per month for each one), so the total monthly cost is around $300 during that time.
If you want to move in after 20th of May, you do not have to pay rent for May. please email me if you have any question.
